Most likely propane for the fireplace, everything should be electric (the dam/lake was built to generate electricity).

guess the contractor shoulda bought a few more of these..or maybe this guy was the contractor:D:D

Lke other things that need to be completed, that tank needs to be buried. Like Omerta said, it is likely for the fireplace and maybe the grill(s), at least that is what mine is for. Everything else is on electric.

That bottle is probably for the fire place. I looked at a house the other day and couldn't figure out what the tiny bottle went to and then I realized the Fire place had been converted to gas.

the wife and i looked at this house back around 2004 are so tried to get ahold of builder /bank was told builder was in a little trpouble but had it worked out and would be finishing house. there has been a lttle more work done to it but not much, and it is a steep graded, im getting to old for that, like others say im sure the gas bottle is for fireplace ive got one i use for fireplace and pool heater about the same size.would make a nice fixer for the right price.
