gonna cost you around a buck ten to buy a canabuck. Marcs boats just got a little more expensive .

Actually the Canabuck was worth $1.07 US on Friday. Remember a lot of what goes into Mark's boats come out of the USA, Mercury etc. so the stonger CAN dollar will go further in building the boats. I think the impact would at best just add a couple of points. Some builders / manufacturers are eating the difference. It will all get sorted out.:D

137 would be bad azz. Do it. do it. do it.

Hell, I'm thinking with my 600sci and an extension box, that hull would break 100.

I would like to see one with an Illmor 710, an extension box and some more x dimension.... plus a few more tricks and go for 110.
Remember this is a REAL28'4" boat with no beaks or swim platforms. It has great spanning ability for rough water and a sharp entry to flatten the waves, long before the pad hits.

Thats no joke. 137 in a single engine stern driven vee over 25' long would be a hell of an accomplishent. I would go for 123 mph first:ernaehrung004::D

Holy $hit!! Thats some great speed for a 525 and a 28 ft hull! I have a 24 Fountain CS with nearly 700 h.p that gets between 93 & 94 with a 36 Pitch 4 blade. Currently I run a 34 Pitch at 90. Not as fast but I like a little slip in the equation so I don't explode the drive. The boat also has much better manners with the 34. Good Luck with the TUFF!

I'm just wondering, what is the fastest single engine Vee speed. Is it 123?
