Key West Fort Myers FPC Group
Captains meeting at Sanibel last night appx. 16 boats running from Fort Myers to meet the Miami group at Sunshine Key.Captain Terry Sobo in charge.Hopefully the winds will lay down for you guys. A little over hundred miles of open water calling for 3-4's.Should be a great day.Good luck Scott,Terry,Dwight,Red,Bob,Zack,and the rest of the Fort Myers crew. I will see you guys on Friday afternoon. Thanks Stu and Jackie.

See you down there Scott. Looking out over the Gulf this morning, it seems to have settled a bit from yesterday. Winds are to decrease as the day goes on. May still be a bit of a challenge for the few boats under 38 ft.
Will be a good day for all I hope.

Well, early reports are in...The boats looked amazing from the air! I'll have some pix up tonight.
Marc had trouble keeping up with a few of the boats....They had to slow down to let him catch up!

Hope you guys got some good ones, Hans! It was a great run... water laid down a bit and sunny skies all the way. What a great trip. Lunch stop at Sunshine Key had horsepower in every direction, as boats were coming and going the whole time we were there. Great races today, too- seems like every go fast in the country is down here.
Between the run and today, I've already shot about a thousand frames... may have grabbed a couple good ones... posting will begin sometime Monday.
