Default Single engine boat capable of 90+

I'm in the search for an R&D boat. Single engine, preferably no power, capable of 90 or so.

It can be ugly, faded, etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kurt

Get an Eliminator Daytona. It can easily go over 100!

Get a Baja! You'll have plenty of money left to make it go 90. I'm doing 85 for under $45K

Superboat Y2K, Pure Enerygy just broke 90 in his. Sweet boat, solid ride. You can get a bare hull for a pretty good price from Superboat brand new. Best bang for the buck around.

The Superboat Y2K would do it . 'Fasterdamit' on Hotboat has one . The 28 Howard Bullet would be a good candidate , if they would sell blank hulls like they did in the past .Gary Taylor [ hotboat member] reached the 120+ mark with his .

Seems like with the right power, any single engine boat can do 90.

Some of the bigger single engine 90+boats I've seen - Superboat Y2K, 28 Pantera, 32 Activator, 29 Extreme, 28 Tuff, 30 Phantom.

My friend's 33' boat does 65 on GPS with a ZZ572 620 HP crate engine we put in . It's a no brainer what it would do with a 1075 + . We had the boat on the scale at 6000 pounds rigged .
Being finished at his house , two years ago .
