I don't see why trying to boost your customer rating by stating the facts brings out all the Fountain bashing

Their poor propaganda and chest thumping makes a lot of people at least roll their eyes and at most HATE Fountain for it! All the self stroking from the Fountain PR machine (or lack of PR I should say) takes away from their legitimate accomplishments. No one likes arrogance. No tact, no class.

Reggie may very well be the smartest marketing person known to mankind. Heck, he can take out a page ad and just put the word FOUNTAIN on it, nothing else. Or make a single comment during an interview.
