Default Pet First health insurance

Steve please let this one slide as it won't get any response buried in the bilge.
Have any of you folks had any dealings with these folks, I'm thinking of getting some coverage for my lil girl.

I have not had any dealings with them but did look into it in the past. From what I understand they don't work out for the best. My vet said that they don't pay for much.

I have heard something really similar. I had pet insurance on my Shar Pei's because they are prone to a variety of things. I paid what I thought was good money to help cover some of the expenses and when I took my dogs in it seemed like I was only saving a very little amount of money...

Take the premium money and put it in a saving account for med expenses for the dog. If you do decide to go with the insurance, read the policy very carefully as many things are excluded.

Well I am going to request their full contract and stipulations but I was actually poking around to see if anyone had actually used them before?

I checked it out a few months ago in detail. IMO, it was a joke. They don't pay for squat. Don't waste your money / time.

Wise decision on the pet insurance. I did a lot of research when I got it for my new pup. While none are perfect, the AKC Wellness Plus plan is the best on the market.
