I personally would not put such a big blower on a 509ci motor, but it could be done(seems a little overkill, but it depends on what you are looking to do.)
A lot of builders are running 509 cubic inch motors with a good set of cnc heads with a nice camshaft and getting an honest 800HP out of them on 91 octane with Whipple's 200ax blower(rather than the W305). Its a very reliable combination.
If you would like, give me a call and/or e-mail me and tell me what you are looking to make power wise and I could try and guide you in the right direction. I will tell you this, with a tall deck 540+ ci engine, its VERY easy to make well over 1000Hp with that W305. I really like it alot. But the low profile design of the quad is hard to beat. Once again, Whipple makes great products.

However, AFAIK, they only produce these for the OEM market. Whipple produces for the aftermarket. I'm sure Dustin will be along shortly to clarify this.

What is a AFAIK?
