im right off tampa bay 100 yards from the tampa oldsmar line the tampa tax mills are less. is on a dead end street so there is very little traffic the lots 60x155 has its own boat ramp. i sold my stilt house next door for 400k 10 months ago or so. most of thehomes in the area are in the 500k range with the house at the end of the that sold for 1 mil. the house on my lot is 1100 sq foot 1/1 with a huge deck and a floating dock. the house is only 10 feet from the wqater and grandfathered in. if you built an addition you'll have a smokin house worth 350 to 450k depending how big your addition is. i had plans dwan up for a 2/2 addition with a family room tha i'll include with the sale. i want to net 125k on the sale. rm hit me with you email and i can send you some pics. rm

I've been there. It's one of the nicer, more quiet, natural-looking streets that you could find in the bay area. Great location.
