As I understand it the foot-throttle,Canopy, SeatBelt rules are for the 2008 season.
May be Sheltie will chime in on the whole story of the penalties. Everything else is here say until a ruling is made on there appeal of DQ. |

Strip the Fountain is not running Mercury motors.

Advertised HP ratings for all motors, marine and auto have a percentage +/- that is the allowable actual hp range. I think its like 10%. Which on a 525 is a big spread.
