Not overly familiar with that part of town, however I know there are some condos with slips right next door to Portofino restaurant in Wyandotte. Never been in them, but the view is nice and right on the Detroit River.

Details. Details.

The boat is the easy part. You just buy the one that needs new power and has a bad transom and stringers, then you have nothing to fear.

Besides, I have this friend with a 24 pantera and some power siiting next to it on the floor. Someday that will all come together in the form of a boat. But the poor schmuck has no great lake. This way... I can invite him to visit but I don't have to let him in the house.

Ya... screw with me Tim.

Actually, that is a little north of where I wanted to be. But, I am gonna check it out, Because it's better located for my current needs than the north coast of Ohio. Thanks.

Oh man - How does it happen that when I had no boat you were able to bust my ballz, and now you're the boatless shmuck, and you're still kicking me in the ballbag.
I've got no worries in the transom or stringers - just cleaning and freshening things up. Motor is ready to go, just need to dyno.
Just keep rubbing it in that I don't have the Great Lake playground in my backyard anymore.

I'm thinking you should just by the 311, and a 1977 Econoline Van to live in, you'll be all set!

Ummm. Skill? No. Yes. No.
Seriously. Busting your ballz is unrelated to boating.

Screw the van down by the river. I'll live in the 311. Down in the river.
