yea that baby is starting to make the ebay circuit pretty regular . basically its a cat that was to narrow to begin with and the navy made it even more narrow. that thing should be hanging over a bar somewhere

Yep know the history, looked at it about 3 years ago in Norfolk VA area. It is a US NAvy " Non Standard" Cat. BEam is 9'
Initially had diesels in it. When I looked at it they were removed along with surface drives. , the owner (widow) was trying to sell it.
Her husband plans were to put 300 V8 OUtboards on it. They were laying next to the boat.
It was too much for me so a friend of mine in Tampa bought it and sold it to a client. He is now trying to sell it again.
That ridiculious looking house on it was not there when I looked at it, that was added on.

It was actually pretty cool lookin w/o the stupid house. I origainally htought it was an Aronow from the Boattrader ad. It was advetised as a Cigarette..
Had a lot of potential, but it was just too much for me to take on. I had just completed a 2year restore on a 42 all wood Ray Davis-Glassed it with 1708 and West System, thought I was done with projects............ready to paint Dave

Probablly the best thing on that boat were the guns. Are they still available?? Without the guns, that boat is worthless, at least to me anyway.

Looks like an Aronow boat. They split a Cigarette boat down the center and made a narrow cat out of it. From what I understand, the hull is slow for a cat, but real good in rough water.
