After the 2007 Season, unfortunately I am not in the position to donate financially.

But here is what I would like to do to help you with your calendar in turn helping the kids.

Any photos that I have copyrights to that are on www.Sharkey-Images.com I will provide you full use for your calendar FREE OF CHARGE.

So if anyone here in the forum from Poker Runners to Racers to the everyday boater, if I have a great shot of your boat contact me and I will send the digital file to John...

Thanks Sharkey, that would be awesome. I have been getting a lot of pictures but most of them are to small to enlarge and get them to look good.
Do you have any of the Make-A-Wish kids on the boats? We would like to put some small insert pictures of them in one of the corners on each month.
The company that is doing them is very experienced and they will look awesome and not cluttered.
I want the general public to get a positive outlook about performance boaters. It can be done, we have accomplished that at Boyne Thunder, the whole town rolls out the red carpet for the performance boaters. Just ask anyone that has ever been to our event!

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to make that run.

I am involved with the NJPPC and the Shore Dreams For Kids event. We had the Make-A -Wish Foundation kids come this year along with the Special Olympics kids. I have tons of pics of kids going out for rides on the boats if you would like to use those as well. I wasn't sure if you only wanted pics from previous SOTW Events or boat pics from anywhere for the calendar?

You are open to use whatever I have.

Sharky, you have some great shots.
I'm not looking for pictures from SOTW, I just want some great action pics.
What would be nice is if we had some members on here that could tell you which boat is there's and then you could send them to me. Other wise I will let you pick your favorites. I would like a assortment of the different brands.
As for the kids, I would just like to have any of the Make-A-Wish kids on boats, it doesn't matter what run there from. Just send me 12 of your favorites.

There really is no way for me to distinguish which organization the kids are from but they are all there for the same reasons and we try to give them all a day they will never forget. And having done this for several years, there is one thing I have learned, they do not forget.

I had helped with shooting some professional video the year before. The equipment that was given to me had a defective battery and maybe lasted 15 minutes. This year one of the kids came right up to me asking me about the video. He did not forget that I had the video camera in my hand last year.
This year I had no video camera, but yet he remembered who I was. These kids are amazing in so many ways.

Whenever I am really having a bad time in life, I open up those photo albums of mine and just look at what those kids have to overcome everyday in their lives and it puts me right back in check with how lucky I really am.

I will get an album together and upload it to one of my sites that i can give you a password for. You or your Printer Company will then be allowed to download the Full Hi Resolution Images to do what they need to do to make up the calendar.

It does make it better if we can get the owner of the boats names, hopefully some members will pitch in.

If I have to, I can put a low res album together of the photos I sent and perhaps people may know the boat's owners and we can fill in the gaps of information.
