They make just the boot, and you don't need 500.00 in tools either. Hinge pin tool is available anywhere and you don't even have to remove them to replace the bellows. You can sneak it in from under the bell housing, especially on a Bravo. The best way to go is buy a complete transom seal kit, from Merc they're around 200.00 list. Stern Drive Engineers makes one for around 50.00 but it's not very good quality. Sierra also makes it.

Do a search for (Mercruiser shift cable bellows) you buy them seperate for 17 dollars a piece ..... Also do a search for the drive shaft bellows, sold seperate for 50 dollars a piece ..... The special tool required cost 15 dollars a piece ..... That's everything your talking about for under 200 dollars in tooling and parts, The rest is labor ....... Mechanics arent cheap ...
