Looks like Cape Disappointment up in the Northwest. Thats where the Coasties train in the rollover boats.

I remember reading an article on Cape Disappointment and how dangerous the water is there. The article focused on one particular coastie that was a woman. I guess she's one of very few coasties that's female.
