Where can I buy Goodyear oil hose?
The local hose cos only offer Parker and Aeroquip and I think $35 for 6ft of hose is well...getting hosed.
I need 6ft of 5/8" oil cooler hose, no ends or anything.

There are many types of hose- you'd need the specific stock #. If this is low-pressure hose, an aoto parts store can help you. If you're looking for a specific high-pressure hose, remember only Goodyear fitting will work with Goodyear hose and the ends have to be swaged on with a Goodyear machine.

No luck at NAPA.
I'm looking for the same stuff that Merc uses just without the ends, and Merc pricing. The high temp rating (150C/300F) is what's making it difficult.
This is supposed to be a budget concious remote oil filter for a truck. It doesn't need fancy hose and fittngs.

A hose distributor should have something. The prices you're talking are HP hose. That stuff is so tough you'd have a hard time getting it over a barb fitting and worm-drive clamps are useless on it. Look for the nearest Parker Hose distributor. You can also try Grainger or Mcmaster-Carr. McMaster.com
