There will be an afternoon rush getting out of Baltimore heading south down I-95, but its not bad. However, the I-495 Beltway around DC and I-95 South of DC is horrible on the afternoon rush hour.

There will be some traffic on I-70 West out of Baltimore for the afternoon rush hour, but not too bad. Baltimore's afternoon rush hour starts a little later than DC's (business and medical town vs. a gov't town).

I-95 is a very delicate road. One little fender bender, and your in a backup for 10-20 miles. I-81 is just as delicate, but much less likely to happen.

Thanks for the info on the traffic. I'm trying to make sure everything is in line for picking it up. I've set aside 4-5 hours for the complete transaction, including all inspections, & water testing, only thing left will be the bank transfer, which hopefully won't take long...Then we'll be back on the road, but just in case, I have allowed Friday as a "just in case" day....
Thanks again....

An alternative around DC is rte 301. A few lights and posted speed limits but not too bad.

That's a cool program...I guess you can't get any closer than that.....
Thanks for the info....
