Leaving 4am tommorrow for Tug hill for a few days they got about 2-3 feet worth of freshies in the last week. I cant wait to get back up there.

try this site trail conditions/lodging etc. www.fishweb.com , we rode last sunday from white cloud to and around irons (near nykamps) and back. 175miles o degrees 50mph winds. wish i could go this weekend but taking the kids saturday. have fun.

Thanks guys !!! We are stayin in Houghton Lake area friday and gonna ride out of there toward Gaylord saturday ... Might load the family up and head toward Old Forge nxt week ???

Live Wire,I'll be up to tug hill tomorrow also.I get to leave right from my house to get there.It's a 1 hour ride by sled.The main trail is 1/4 mile from the house.The trail conditions are great.

I've been ridin sleds since the 80's and I still am so excited to get up to the Hill I cant sleep .My alarm is going to go off in 4 more hours. Then I have a 5 hour drive up to our camp.Hope you have good time.STAY RIGHT! Now I'll try to get back to sleep.

Todd my wife & i have been in that area the last few weekends in a row & i think its been some of the best rideing in years & maybe we passed each other on the trails ha ha ha . Tood i have been looking for a little love nook up in the irons area for sleding ,weekend get a way .
