Wow. Never new that. Great attitude!
I rode dirtbikes as a kid, then moved on to street bikes. Rode everything Kawasaki made from '99 to '06 as a marketing employee of the US headquarters. Loved every minute of it, but gave up street bikes when I had kids, and will not ride them again until they're on their own. Damn, I miss it, but your story reminds me of why I stay off the street. thanks, D911

I got whacked twice on a motor cycle by negligent drivers (once from behind and once from the side) before I gave it up. I love riding and I am more than addicted to the speed, but I can't stand constant back pain and picking rocks out from under my skin.
