I decided to call the real estate office back and I spoke to Rachael Broadhurst, who is the owner. I thought I would find out if she understood why people were contacting her. She was a very nice woman and had been very confused on why so many people have sent her threating emails. I explained a bit about OSO and why so many people felt personally betrayed by Fred.

She confirmed it was Fred from Trick that worked there for a very short time. They knew nothing of his background in the boating business or any of his troubles until the emails and calls started coming. He even told her it was his dead sons business and the problems developed because of his passing.

She did say that the emails and calls are what caused him to loose his job.

So please don't call this office or email them, this Century 21 office has been duped as well so just let them be.

As a favor, if any of you posted or quoted the phone number or email address to the office could you delete it. These are very nice people and they have already done the right thing and let him go.

Me. $5200. Tried the legal route. Lost cause. Spent more than that in attorney fees.
