Default 39' Kryptonite

Just out of curiosity, in the classifieds there is a 2002 39' Hot Rock Kryptonite. How many of these were built? How fast? Any opinions? Definitely looks like a unique boat. I know the 29' was the best F1 boat out there..

The boat is incredible. It looks great and is extremely fast. I can also tell you that Bill takes incredible care of his stuff. I don't have any recent pics on the computer, but here are a few from the past years. The first two were taken before the windshields were installed.

he's speaking of a 39'...they dont make a 26 go fast...the 27 and 29 are the same boat..only diff is 29 has an integrated swin platform. Bills 39 is nothing less then spectacular. Saw the boat in person and as he does with everything...he spared NO EXPENSE

Exactly right Bern. Typhoon won all their championships in the white and green 27' boat. The black Typhoon was 29' and, as all the 29'ers are, it is the same hull as the 27 w/ a swim platform. Typhoon just didn't run the black one as much as they were moving up to a different class. I don't know the whole story with them but that is pretty close.
There was only one 39' built and from what I have seen it runs real good. It is ashame they have not built more.

Low 90's. That is how fast my old Gladiator was and this Krypto had no problems hanging with that. It also accelerated better than the Gladiator. The boat's performance is incredible.
