I'm really sorry to hear about your mother. I lost mine a year and a half ago and so I can definetly relate. It does get easier with time but you will find that out on your own. Take care of yourself and your dad.

I’m really sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my mom last month after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She had been in a nursing home for 7 years and hadn’t recognized anyone for the past 3 or 4 years. I thought that would make it easier when she passed, but it didn’t. The really strange thing was it’s like those years she was sick just disappeared and were replaced with good memories. Still really rough though…
