I have a right to think this is funny, in the past everytime I offered to haul something for a fellow member he would jump all over me and try to cost me money, I never made any false claims, I told people I had an empty truck running, looking for small loads, nothing big or expensive. I have hauled for members and they all have been happy. and you are right it does look like karma does come back to bite you in the ass, isn't it great. As far as me living in a glass house, not a chance I am so by the book it isn't funny. the only thing I will ever be found guilty of is running my big mouth when I think I am right.

Repo'd boats don't go to don't just disappear and certainly don't go to wood-chippers, so that theory is bullsht. Not much to be optimistic about any more. Optimism silenced Troutly and Fred critics, too, let's not make that mistake again.

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- Updating a story we first brought you back in November when a $600,000-boat was stolen from a Pottsboro business, surveillance video shows two people taking off with the 43-foot boat from Dereberry Marine.

Those two have been identified as Dianna Darby, of Lake Kiowa, and Jeff Murray of California. Authorities say Murray was picked up in Maryland on a Grayson County arrest warrant. He was in Maryland delivering a boat or car. Murray is en route back to Grayson County right now for arraignment.

Sergeant Rickey Wheeler of the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office says once he arrives they hope to find out exactly what happened.

"What he is claiming at this time is that he took the boat as a repossession. Although we know that people that deal in repossessions don't go about it they way that he did," Sgt. Wheeler said.

The boat has not been recovered.

I got to agree the repo thing is a little week. Let me guess he repo'd the boat with out notifying anyone, dropped it off to sally slew in the back woods late at night, and ignored all the threads about it on this site that he was on ALL the time. Not to hard to figure that story out.

that either brought Jeff into this episode, or was responsible for certian parties wanting the boat destroyed just to see it destroyed?
anger/retribution...?
the reason I throw that out there is because there would seemingly be so little profit vs. risk in the job as a knowing participant, there would have to be other reasons to get involved you know?

or was it strictly an insurance job?

the OSO Barnaby Jones' need to get on the first 2 questions...
lotsa public record and people who know people out there...

Glad "OC Surfer" brought it up and it doesn't matter whether it is his first Post or 5,000 Post. He never said he was guilty, just said what he heard. Was going to do business with with him. I believe in innocent to proven guilty but that will be determined and if innocent then live goes on but if guilty he deserves what he gets.
