Let me tell you about this monster(bgchubby). His intelletual blog sessions have to stop, it's all about him! he is a condisending ego maniac with a fondness for tall blond men. he drives a truck but has no tools, I call this all hat, no cattle! His inadiqacies are self inflicted drinking excessivly and refusing to please his harrum. His dependence on forign oil appauls me but even after I tell him how I feel he still thrives on a world of excess! Lets ban together and maybe as a team we can stop this monster!!!!

If you posted thay you are his brother, then I completely missed that. Had you said that up front, we could have most likely skipped a whole lot of beating-it-out-of-you with the back-and-forth that went on prior to your disclosing of the information.
I also have a brother. I would most likely defend him fervently if he were to have found himself in a situation such as this. Being a good and loyal brother doen't make me a credible, unbiased witness of his charachter. In fact, I can't imagine anyone who could be more unbiased about my brother than I am. My guess is the same could be said for you.
So, here's where we're at-
Boat has been missing- with big banner ads all over this site.
Jeff certainly had to have seen these ads and the thread regarding the $50,000 reward put up by parties with financial interest in the return of the boat. as far as I know he didn't claim the reward not did he speak up and say "The boat hasn't been stolen- it was legally and properly repossessed and I transported it- you can stop searching for it".
Video exists of the boat's disappearance incriminating Jeff and another party. Presumably additional evidence exists to support an arrest and extradition of the parties.
It's known how the boat met its demise.
Beyond that, what do you have to add?
Had you come on here with your post #1 and said...
"Hey, I'm Jeff's brother. He's in a bind. We don't think he's guilty 'cause he says so and it's "innocent until proven guilty" so how about a break?", maybe we'd have treated you with some respect. Slipping in anonymously will only get you where it got you. Did you honestly expect any different treatment?

After some looking, I found the post. it was a pretty oblique reference to you sharing a common mother.
In the future- clarity always helps. If you offer it up front, it helps even more.

A 13' Whaler with a 50 horse. Does that count?

Turbo, I think Sunkin and Pasquesi have it pretty much nailed.

Maybe lock cutting "does" happen as you say. But is it not still illegal to enter a secured area in this manner??? Breaking and entering??? This is not a bash intended towards you. Just struck me as a little ironic. Again no bash.

Nope, sorry.
More hair. No Texas accent.
I do like his "are you $hitting me?" approach to things though.
