I'm in the market to buy a boat company trademark. Anyone know where I can buy one?

Wouldn't it have been easier for Jeff to fly to Texas himself and turn himself in? Then if there was a charge he could be out on bail in a couple of days....It seems ridiculous that someone could be held for up to 90 days (in transport) even if there was a charge. I don't get it....it just doesn't seem right.

Nobody was using my screen name but when I was first arrested my brother used my laptop which was set to log in automatically. As for my mom she passed away two weeks ago after a 3 month illness. I can't begin to thank all of the OSO members who have posted on here about her. my parents were married 54 years and going strong. She was 73. As some of you knew my mom and dad moved some of the overflow of boats that I had and she will be missed. Thanks again

Big time here is how that worked. When I was first notified that an arrest warrant was issued I was at home ready to leave with a 36 nor tech for LOTO. I spoke to the attorney and explained to him that I had a couple of boats lined up to do and that would also help pay his bill. He told me to get the boats moved and just don;t get a traffic ticket. Well I never get tickets so I went about moving the boats. What the lawyer did not tell me was that if I did not show up in one week the officer in the case would raise the bail amount and change the warrant to a fugitive warrant. Once that happened I could not bail out until I got back to texas. If I had just stopped in texas on the way to LOTO I could have walked into the police station, posted a 25,000 bail and been back out in hours. Needless to say I no longer am using that attorney. Not only did he ill advise me but he cost me from saying goodby to my mom and kept me from going to her funeral.

Hi Jeff,
This is my first post on this thread. I've read a lot of speculation as to what might have happened. Would you care to set the record straight as to how you were or were not involved with the missing boat?

I would love to explain the whole story to all of OSO but my attorney has told me if I have any chance of beating this arrest I have to keep it to myself.

Thanks for explanation. Very sorry to hear about your mother. Not that there ever is a good time for a family memeber to pass, but with all that is happening, now certainly can not be any easier for your family to cope with the loss. I hope this whole situation is brought to some type of conclusion sooner rather then later for everyone's sake.
