I disagree gentlemen. There are countless criminals out there that we need to be aware of. This guy, Trick, National Marine just to name a few. Info like this may keep the next guy from becoming a victim. You have a pretty good idea what this thread is about so do have the option of not clicking on it.

All of the "you won't believe what happened" bull****e, all of the "I can't talk about it, you just wait" and "Hey, look over there" misdirection is coming back to bite him right square in the azz.
Perhaps one doesn't remember that he was outed for transporting boats illegally? (without proper licensing, insurance, or permits) and raising the roof when anyone OTHER than him said they'd do a favor for a guy?

The rednecks in Grayson county don't cotton much to thieves. Especially holier than thou ones with big mouths. (ask the Loes)
I'm trying to understand the last part and what do the "Loes" have to do with this?

I don't know Jeff personally but have met him at a few runs. I think it is weak to beat up on the guy on the internet when he is banned from this site so he can't respond.

He has not been convicted and I wouldn't trust small town sheriff's politics regarding an out of town truck driver from California.

That being said, if I needed a boat hauled and Jeff was available I wouldn't hesitate giving him the job.

For those that don't know or aren't aware, I'm sure he's referring to the crimes and convictions of the Loes family (Highport Marina on Texoma, formerly Loes Highport) although, it wasn't the "rednecks" of Grayson County; that played out in the Federal Courts. It was the COE they really f*&^ed with.

It's not really an easy parallel to make so your question is valid.

But Grayson County wouldn't be proceeding if there wasn't good reason. They're not stupid.

It's hard to tell sometimes how people mean things but the term "redneck" is so often used in a derogatory way, it doesn't always help to use it as support for a statement like that.

You're welcome to give him your boat, but there are several indisputable facts, most that even he doesn't deny.

1. He unlawfully enetered Leon's property.
2. He had posession of a very high profile boat that he knew was reported as stolen and reported nothing.
3. His case was presented to a grand jury, he was indicted and arrested for grand theft.
4. The fact that he was banned is between him and OSO. Nothing I can do about that.
5. He has stated himself that he has a previous criminal record.

Granted everything else is just conjecture but there is no way I would do business with him or entrust my property to him.
