Well, when it came down to it, I drove to Florida from Calif. myself and got my boat. Maybe it was a better choice than I knew at the time. By the way, the couple I bought from put my wife and myself up for 2 days, feed us and acted like we where friends from High School. You cant beat southern hospitality. You dont meet people like that in Calif.

Not to hi-jack, but I've got to stick up for my adopted home. One of my friends (SDR_John on OSO, aka KittyCat John), born and raised in Los Angeles, who I've only known for six years, loaned me his brand new F650 and 3 days of his life to drive to Nebraska and back to pick up my Pantera. He never asked for anything. Irrespective of location... good people are where you find them.

if all of this did happen , i would have to belive that a newspaper , tv station , someone did a story or a report...someone posting on another fourm with no links or credible anything , is just spewing crap...
so ,this is like the what , 6 or 7th person whow knows ,heard, was told - but can't produce anything to prove said persons were involved..
give the people of OSO proof....
