I'm sorry ... that just doesn't seem to be the case.
As with several threads in the past, gossip is all that matters.

If forum members really wanted "just the facts" ...
none of these threads would be more than three posts long

Does anyone know where this arrest supposedly took place at? Law Enforcement Agencies typically like to either do a "Press Release" or at the very least a blurb in the "Public Record" of the Local newspaper.

That is unless they are trying to round up some sort of "Theft Ring", then they put off the announcements until all of the people have been rounded up.

That was recently the case of a bunch of criminals stealing Cars, Boats, SUV's and Construction Equipment here in the Midwest. They didn't announce anything till they had everyone or at the very least a large majority of the people arrested.

It was Jeff who ran rampant with his maligned, ill-mannered sht-on-everyone attitude, so that he can steal business and line his pockets. Jeff went out of his way to make it a point to pizz on everyone who dared offer up an empty hitch to their OSO friends -- oh no, don't you dare, the expert's come to the rescue, everyone else is unworthy. Some of you will remember this period of time.
.
I remember him jumping on everybody that got cheaper quotes, said they didn't have insurance,no license, taxes, etc. He did wear them out.

The stuff that bothers me (nothing to do with Jeff)is when people know stuff months before the shet hits the fan,I call it the behind the scenes info/insider info. Then ya have it on the board 2 months later,or worse it never hits the board.

Like National Marine . I bet there was a some people and some boat dealers knew before they closed!!

For instance .I was trying to buy a boat once ,most people in the marine industry knew this person, wouldn't say or warn me and they knew not to trust him, I couldn't get much info on the boat he was vague about stuff on it, couldn't prove it was paid for etc,I had a bad feeling and bought a different one,but the boat was nice and a good price , 8 months later he had screwed a bunch of people, also some board members here. after the fact they would tell me all kinds of stuff on him
