Thank You Dave and all of NJPPC!
I can't tell you how much this award means to me. I was so shocked that night that I couldn't even say anything on the podium. It is an honor just to be a part of NJPPC. There is no other club that has been as proactive in increasing safety while maintaining the fun and I commend the entire club for making that possible.
Since day one, I have always felt welcome even when I had the smallest boat and one of the lowest budgets. (Maybe it had something to do with having the biggest crew pound for pound!)
I am proud to be a part of this club but even more so of all the close friendships that I have because of it. Thank you all, you know who you are, who are like a second family (as dysfunctional as it might be)!
