Anyone ever deal with Tarpon Boat trailers???

Looks like they have some great deals on Aluminum trailers, but looking to see if they are decent before driving over to tampa area.

Were the tires Carlise? I flipped my boat and truck with a Carlise blow out. :(

The tire says Milestar ST225/75D15 i just went out in the garage to check and i noticed there is a 6" bubble on the brand new spare that was ups'd to me and has never been on the trailer!

OK, forget it, the prices they advertised in boattrader were too good to be true, they were for reconditioned trailers, and they dont have any in my size.

I just spoke to norm over at tarpon trailers and he confirmed that they are
Carlise tires and he's only had a handful of issues in 30,000 tires:Whatever
Funny iv'e had 2 blowouts in less than 1500 miles and my spare has a 6" bubble and has never been on the trailer ? Interesting?

Don't be so cheap Steve...buy a good trailer.....you to Rick. You usually get what you pay for.

You're a funny guy Ryan What brand tires do you recommend ? I"m going to replace all 7 before I come down for the St Pete Poker run :D

Rick. I'm happy with my All American. I don't know how the price compares on a normal V-hull trailer.

Ray,

I like their trailers, just trying to get away cheap, and Tarpons prices looked real good.

Rick
