I found the pic I wanted, right clicked it and opened it with "imaging"... Right click the picture------> Properties. Click "Size"... choosing a smaller size will crop from the left and bottom of the pic... but there is an icon on the toolbar up top that will let you rotate the image so you can clip all sides using the size parameters. I saved it
Now to downsize the picture, I right clicked what I saved and this time chose --Open With -----> "Microsoft Paint", In paint, click on "Image" and select "sketch/skew" and input values in for Horizontal and Vertical to get a smaller pic. Save that... and it should upload if what you did is small enough. ---John
BTW- there has to be an easier way LOL

By the way, I found this at www.clipart.com , if any of you guys were interested, you can also crop it down to 50 x 50 to fit, when searching there are a lot of pop-up advertisings.
is that better for you!

Nasdboy......Let me make this simple. I dont think we need this kinda crap on the Offshore Only.com site. It makes the rest of the folks look like scum, and only supports those occasions where this website is looked at being non-boating. Lets not ruin it for everone.
