Such a sad story, and still so many questions not answered. I am surprised no one on here seems to know much about the boat's owner. Also where was the boat said to be dropped off at. I don't know much about repos but if it was a legit one, why would you have to break in, can't you show up with proper paperwork and drive away. If Jeff is not guilty I would think he would be able to provide a ton of paperwork, and identify who hired him. Another OSO tragedy we tell our non boating friends about some of this stuff and they look at us like we made it all up

The boat was being stored outside at Derebery Marine in Pottsboro (on the shores of Lake Texoma). This we do know.
Excaliber40 is an employee of Derebery, he may know more details, but probably doesn`t want to speak up here - and I can`t blame him.

From what I know the guy that owned the "Card Shark" boat also bought Weapon-X's 3600 Supercat and had it painted with the same graphics..."CustomTouch" did the painting and I know he chimed in on the original thread when the boat was first stolen... He'd probably know as much as anyone about who's the owner and such...
