I own 2 condos in south beach. Fully furnished
both are 1 bedroom condos @ the Yacht Cub at Portofino
location south of fifth on alton rd
both condos over look the miami beach marina

Thanks Greg! You are the contact down there, but we're just weighing options. We're even considering a newer Diesel Pusher about 35'. I'm just going to watch everything locally this summer and then decide if we'll be spending winters down there.

I've got a new 3/2 in So Miami and a newer 2/2 in Stuart, both have garages, both private community's, 5 minutes to water on either, $1500 monthly or sale of either
