Now that is a cool find!
I've seen a lot of boats, but not these. Anyone wanna venture a guess on how they would ride, handle and how fast they would go? I wonder when and if they would pack air and lift. With that much area under it once it lifted whoa baby! The tunnel is shallow so it should pack a lot of air once it is at speed, but who knows at what speed. I would guess htat there is power trim back there to help with handling. I would bet also that new prop technology might make those things more user friendly. Great find. If they give them away cheap, I might be interested in one for the collection. |

They did?....... When? IF...... they were "raced"...I never saw them...and I've seen a few races. Very low dihedral...the term "IMPAC" probably refers to the shots your back takes in choppy water...... Frankly they look like crap. T2x |
