OSO....emails, subscribe!!
OSO, don't know what is going on here. I have recieved numerous emails from OSO saying that such & such has replied to a topic that I have subscribed too. And many the exact same one. I have not subscribed to any! In fact, I have hit the 'unsubscribe' button many times just to be on the safe side, and always get a message stating I am not subscribed to any forums then. So why do I keep getting all these emails? Over twenty at last count. I know several others have mentioned the same problem. If you could please explain this and what we need to do to guarantee that this will no longer happen w/o our permission, it would be greatly appeciated, as it is getting very annoying.

I keep getting the same emails- I have hit "unsubscribe" and have checked the box in the edit profile, to no email notification, but keep getting email saying someone has posted to a certain string!--KNOCK IT OFF!
Oh yeah-- the box at the bottom of the reply page is NOT checked to get "email notification" either!

Having the same problem here too. Clicked the "unsubscribe" button, but still getting them. Gets very annoying, but hopefully this is just another bug that they will get worked out.  |

Emails
Here too. As a suggestion while you are looking into this, Is it possible for OSO to set it up where you only get one email per post, not evertime someone posts a reply? Another board I know is setup that way and will only give you another email for the same post if you have already read the previous ones. Thanks!

DAMNIT! 4 more emails, 3 from this topic itself.
Nobody else reply. 
Ok, tried this. Will see if it works.
In the 'edit options' of my User control panel, checked 'no' to items 4,5,& 6.

Go to BB Profile, where it says use 'Email Notification' by default choose no, then submit reply at the bottom to confirm. OSO

You also have to go to each post you made before you changed the "email notification" and edit them in the options sections or you will continue to get email notifications from those threads.
