IMP was Iola Molded Plastics. Iola Kansas. they had many owners over the years and the IMP stood for many things.
International Marine Products and the best was It Might Plane.
I tried to save the company twice......no luck. (long story)

I used to see him and Amy Fisher on that boat all the time.It was an IMP white with flames down the side

Yeah, he kept it at Grovers years ago. I remember him as well. That way he could take Amy for a ride on the boat , then ride her at the Freeport Motor Inn and Boatel.
