Last but not LEAST is the Gulf Shore States
This a bad news all the away around!
Bad for the Manatee, they should NOT be that far north.
Bad for boaters and H2Ofront Property owners because I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before the STM Club comes to your area!

Funny how in the beginning of the article they say "corpse" and at the end of the article it is now a "carcass." An overlooked mistake? Hmmmmm.
