Carpeting for my Truck??...OT
Does anyone have a good source for Carpeting for an 89 full size Blazer. I need all of the pieces and the only source I have found is LMC Truck. They are out of Lenexa, KS. But when you call to order, the girl reads the description out of the catalog... Not what I call technical help.
So my question is.... Has anyone bought carpet from them or has anyone had first hand experience with someone and found a quality carpeting for a decent price??
I am getting close being on the road with the new truck, so any help would be appreciated..
Thanks!!
Dick

I have ordered from LMC before to get part for my Blazer. Everything I have purchased fit correctly. I haven't ordered carpet from them though. I was thinking of doing the same thing but another buddy rolled on herculiner instead of carpet and it look fantastic!! I might do that instead. He also put stainless diamond plate everywhere there was carpet on the trim pieces (on the doors and across the sides of the bed) and boy, what a difference that made too!!
There is another supplier like LMC that sells parts for that era blazer too but I can't remember what the name of it is right now. I will look around and see if I can't find a catalog for them.
Good luck on your search!!

Thanks Guys,
I was aware of JC Whitney, but I know there quality can leave something to be desired sometimes.
Todd,
If you can find a name that would be a big help. I want to get it order this week so I can have it by next weekend. I did a search on the net but came up with all the wrong sources..
Anyone else heard of or experienced this situation..??
Thanks..

Hey Dick,
Here is a list of stores that sell new classic chevy parts. Not all of them for the 80's blazers but still a place to start. http://www.car-nection.com/asp/newpa...ke=Chevy+Truck
I cant find the catalog for the other place but I think it was these guys http://www.gspp.com/
I will let you know if I find their catalog
