Memory lane
Joe,
Back in the day when Kitami was doing his thing did you ever cross paths with a dude named Arisaki? I was at his place last tuesday. He is busy restoring some wooden hulled racing catamaran. Back in the day twin fixed surface drives with quad Merc 1000s.

Maybe a rice diet for GM?
MikeyFIN,
Your remark about GM and giving up on Duramax????
We were at a Cummins Christmas party yesterday and I'll just say rumor has it GM has been looking for another engine to put in their trucks. Nothing specific but they said there has been interest especially since GM is looking to save money and using another manufacturer for diesel engines could fit that bill???
You know talk is cheap and bg companies like to toot their own horns so is it true?????

Well the world market went how it went so no developments have materialized as it was written on the wall 2 yrs ago.. but Fiat has its FPT line and Volkswagen Marine has the 350hp V8 diesel that revs to 4200+ and is 150lbs lighter than a BBC.
