What ever happened to Long Shot the black 39 cig that the guy up in Chicigo was going to restore then sold, did it ever get finished ?

Yes, but he sold it shortly after. I was told it's in a building somewhere in the Chicago area.

When cashbrain bought it, the boat ended up in our shop for a "complete" rerig. It had no engines, trannys, headers, gimbles, drives, fuel tanks, nothing, not even a trailer. He had big plans and great ideas, but never seen a dime out of him after weeks of working on the boat for him.
He finally "suckered" some young guy into buying it from him, and never heard or seen anything of it ever after.
He thought that $50K was gonna get it all finished with 900's and speedmasters, running in the water. Not even close.

There were two Longshots the first one was the champion ole Jack bought the second one.

From what I understood, the one Jack bought had very little use. Is this the one in the vid posted earlier today?

Anyway, it's a cool boat. Hope it gets a proper restoration.
