I usually have some sort of girl drink (Bacardi, Mike's etc) but I learned a couple of years ago not to bring them on a rough day or a poker run. All the bottles were sheared off at the top
Usually beer for Thrillseeker, Capt Morgan or Admiral Nelson and diet for me, and lots of water. I like to freeze my water bottles if we're staying for the weekend, that way they do double duty of ice and drinking water.

So did I.... WHAT A MESS!!! I launched off a wave coming out of the Essex River. Then my whole boat reeks of booze and I get pulled over by the coasties about 15 min later. There were two bottols worth of Champagne, two bottles of booze, and mixers all leeked on the cabin floor with glass and everything. I had to leave it all on the floor because I left my shoes at the ramp. The coasties are all smelling the booze and thinking I am drunk tell I showed them what happened. They they had a good laugh and felt bad for me

Back when I was in the "game" it was delicious ice cold Molson Canadian high test (available in 1000 Islands area)...and for cocktail hour it was a peatty 16-year old Lagvulin scotch, 3 oz. on ice in vintage plastic turvis cocktail tumbler (old school baby)
Now that my I ride the bench it's a few Mich lights for guests (if they behave), water and coffee for the cap'n!
