    Bon-Ami would do it. It is the ONLY thing that will work for cleaning glass for gold leaf application(old school).

    If you dont like the vinegar smell use lime away from the grocery store, you can use some when washing the boat also to delete the water spots

    If it is made of a plastic material you can use what we use on aircraft..MirrorGlazeapply with cheese cloth polishout with same.
    works good on chrome and polished aluminium
    Some times can be found at auto parts or pilot shops.
    Beads water afterwards.
