For the people in MN. : Is the ice melted.?

I just flew through Minneapolis this afternoon. Some places still have about 50% or better ice on stagnant lakes; albeit I have no idea which lakes were which lakes (by name).

NO!!!! we had a really cold last few months. Hope to god 2 more weeks.
