I got all my new gauges, trim indicators, grab bar, Steering wheel and other misc parts today, I will have the dash done buy Monday!!!, I am haveing some more paint work done this weekend and after the O.C. races its back to work. If I sell it or keep it it will be one of the best 28 Apache's on the market, but for now I am going to finish it!!!!!

I sold a half finished boat once because I did not have the time to finish it and I lost my a$$ on it.

No one in their right mind restores an older offshore boat with the thought of ever seeing many of those dollars back. The best you can hope for is a like-new boat for less than the cost of a new one.

For crying out loud this is like watching a freakin' soap opera daily.
And for some reason I keep tuning in to see if you're going to keep it or sell it, or if you'll finish it...:grinser010:

Finish the damn thing, and then go out and enjoy it!!!!!
Don't look at the deficit in the checkbook, if you sell it, there will still be a deficit from where you started.
That is why this is considered a hobby - you never make money on a hobby, you blow money endlessly on a hobby to satisfy your needs.

BINGO! Chris and bouy have hit the nail on the head.

Nice choice of hardware, AB. Finish it and enjoy it!

LOL all in how you look at the numbers. If its "like new" and you didn't pay nearly what one cost new..............then your still "in the money" or so I keep telling myself........:D

I am going to finish the boat and get it running and then most likely sell it. If I sell it incomplete I will loose my A$#%, so I am going to get it done and see what happens!!! I should have it on the water this week, or next at the latest, the wireing is done, some gauges are installed and motors are coming together!!!
