Default What's Everyone Using For Wax?

Just waxed the top of the cabin with Mother's Cleaning wax. When I wiped it down, it was streaky all over and not really shining! Don't know if they recommend another wax to make it shine but wanted to find what others are using to make their boat gleam?

Waxing Frenzy or Marine Clean. I personally use Waxing Frenzy and my boat looks excellent.

I use mothers after I machine polish. It is easy to use, looks good and I like the smell. If you had gelcoat and its a little faded or you did it in direct sun light I would understand the problem you had.

Waxing Frenzy for last couple yrs. Switched over to Leverage last fall to give it a try. Both great results and easy to use.

Tried Leverage - my 21-year old Imron finish already looked pretty good....after using the Leverage, it almost looks like a new boat. Extremely easy to apply...

Hands down wax from the Collinite line, I have 845 and 915, their marine/auto products can be used on either. Durable as hell and great looking. Any Marine store, at least down here, carries some some of their stuff.

I had mine done last season with "cable wax". I think it's a 3-M product. My boat is drystacked and a bird took a dump on it. it was a lump almost like a small dog crap. when I got out on the water and going about 60 it slid off with no evadence it was ever there. I'm sold. FYI.. it's a pain in the ass to put it on, but it works great.
