Jeff. Went up chesapeak and down Delaware cause outside was too rough when we got to Norfolk yesterday morning. Chesapeak bay is nice but Delaware bay is Jerseys toilet bowl. It hate that facjking Bay, plus we get to the cap may canal and climb on a sand bank... Figures... No arm done back out and all is well.
If all goes well we will be in by NY city around 730 am this morning in time to get raped at the diesel dock!
That will put us close to 375 nautical miles in one 24 hour period. Would of been better if we did not have to wait 1:30 hour for morning traffic on a brige!
Plan is to crash at the federal dock passed the first lock north of Albany on the Champlain canal tonight if all goes well and the locks and Champlain run for home Thursday. Similar to last year if our luck holds out.
