Default Any deals on Florida water access Properties?

We are looking for a distressed 3bed/3bath water access, pool, home in nice area on the west coast preferebly, thought maybe someone on OSO might know of a smoking deal or a nice area to look for a retirement home that can be bought right and have future appreciation, budget is from 175k to 250k thanks Boone

I think you will find that the Florida market has been hit just like the rest of the country. My clients are telling me price reductions in excess of 20% in a lot of areas down there. I would encourage you to give somewhat of a price range to better narrow the reccomendations that I think you are wanting. I know we have several real estate guys on board here so they can be a wealth of knowledge. Good luck.

If it's FL west coast you are looking for, OSO rockstrmkr is a RE broker on Marco Island will steer you right. His cell is 239 207 1163.

Also up in Ft Myers there is OSO Mark but I do not have his phone number. You could PM him.

my friends have theirs up for saleis in Palmetto FL 2nd home in on point wide canal could spin my 40 in there no prblems with room to spare, deep sailboat water no bridges on the manatee river direct access to the gulf. 3bed 2 and1/2 bath large laundry room, pool,and caged, boat lift with think 12k or bigger, formal living & dining, living room, 2 car garage culdesac road. They have to relocate to Arizona it is listed but would put you in direct contact with them if interested to get a little better deal than listed price email me.

Not sure what the fee for the site is now but when I first found it it was free. At the time it was unbelievable what was in there.

got a pm for a few in Punta Gorda, very affordable and look nice on canal with pools, don't know much about that area, any comments on this area?
