Seriously, just think, we took 2 motors that had 70hours, installed the blowers, 12psi of boost, 110 octane fuel, made 1030hp @ 6000rpm. Ran 5 poker runs, basically as hard as you can run them. That is truly amazing! Heat exchangers had some trouble keeping up at that power level, no problem at 800, but 1000+ was a bit much.

Thanks,
Dustin

Thats amazing. I think (it's a little fuzzy due to the Turtle Bar ) we talked about this at Havasu last year. How many boats do you have running this set-up Dustin?

And, in the MOST respectful way possible, tell your sister hi.

(Phuk it, I've edited the dam thing 3X trying to come up with a nice way to just tell his sister hello, nothing more, but none of it works. Jeez )

Ha ha, ya, I'll tell her.

Only 3 dual motor boats are running that, but 2 are racing them.

In P1, SeaRex but they're not running that type of power. Then team Taboo is running SC's, but again, not that kind of power. 1000+ was for poker runs. There are 2 other teams in Europe running them, but they're doing their own thing so I'm not sure whats' going on or what boats they're in.

Dustin,

The people I have spoken to with 600's love them, but they are totally used to the power and wish they would have bought a bigger motor. If you are working on an upgrade for the 600, I think thats a great idea.

I had the Merc. 600sci for 3 years in my Y2K with no problems at all, One Great Motor and Whipple Super Charger !!! I just sold the motor for a bigger motor. I wish I knew there was a possible upgrade coming for the 600, perhaps my plans would have been different.

But the biggest advantage is you get the NXT drive with the 700 package
