Thanks Brian. Does 9 PSI seem low for 3500 RPM? The thing that strikes me as odd is that the port side motor seems to be the one with the alarm (I need to double check this) and the starboard motor with the low pressure. What about Macklins suggestion of the air release? I would need to be walked thru this one as you know I am mechanically illiterate

The air release pin us on top of the motor next to the bicycle pump thingy you use to blow the water out of the cooling system for winterization.

I would first try pulling the pins to see if you get any air out. If that doesn't seem to do anything you might try pumping the water out with the pump and repeating.
Did you even use the pumps over the winter? If not, then I don't think that is your issue. I just remember the one time my bilge filled with water was one spring when I forgot to release the air. The risers get hot real quick with no water flowing through them.
