check for same rpms per motor; check for loading of gear,fuel and equipment; check for accuracy of trim indicators (do prop streams look similar at speed?); check prop pitch; check toe-in/toe-out adjustment (tie bar adjustment); and like the guys said, sight the hull running surfaces and any obstructions; check trim tab mounting and pivot point/hinge; check free play in gimbal. all of this is fast, cheap and fairly easy to do. now the fix for the problem may be a different story, good luck - jeff

Thanks guy's, Chris its a 89 cafe found a 1/4 inch bow in transom over the winter (not fixed) so build quality iffy.
Griff, gimbals are good you and Paradox and another very knowledgable person suggested a hook. I will check this out. I'm going to put on a different set of props first.
MacGiver I try not to pick up the larger ones but if it gets late you never know.
