All I will have is my cell phone, but I'll see what I can do. It will be a short clip ;-)

48 is the #6 version, which does not have the extension for the rudder.

Wasn't the owner kind've nervous building an OL cat when it would seem the first one was plagued with issues?
Just to clarify, many of the issues with the first boat was mechanicly related, not the boat itself. It was the first one, which of course needed some mods, but they weren't issues. Some things such as weight distribution (CG), props, x dimension, etc. need to be tested and adjusted, because you can try to plan for everything, but you still need the real world to test it out. GD ran over 160mph with Mercury 1200's at the last poker run it was in, but 1 Mercury Racing motor had an electrical issue, which took an hour to resolve and it missed part of the poker run. Zach Taylors runs over 163mph with dual 1200's as well, which is very impressive. The boat works and I think others that were at this weekend's poker run seeing My Way go 180+mph would agree.

Also, why would one pick another direction? I think back about 10 years ago when we tried to enter the marine industry, one person after another said it's junk, won't work, don't want it (a couple key OEM's), not a chance, won't help you develop..... Yet, there were a few that changed their direction path and its certainly changed marine supercharging.

Thanks,
Dustin

Yes my friend and this "outside the box" thinking is where Turbines come into play.
You are aware of compressors aye?
t53,s have 5 axial compressor wheels. T55,s got seven

I bet he had more left at 180.
The question I would ask is it faster then his other boats?

Its great to see new ideas and designs actualy work

Good luck and be safe Bill T.

Actually, have gotten somewhat familar with them as of late, at least on the mechanical side because the machine used to cut screw rotors also cuts turbines. I'm sure there was plenty more.
